CHARITY EVENING FOR HAITI - Lunedì 10 giugno, 19.30, Casina di Macchia Madama a Roma, torna per il quarto anno l’appuntamento della Rome International School (RIS) in aiuto ai bambini di Haiti.

Lunedì 10 giugno La Rome International School (RIS) organizza un Charity Evening a favore della Fondazione Francesca Rava in aiuto ai bambini di Haiti, presso la bellissima Casina di Macchia Madama, che anche quest'anno ha voluto donare l'uso dei suoi spazi.

Lo scopo del Charity Evening 2013, che si terrà in conclusione dell'anno scolastico, è quello di raccogliere fondi per interventi chirurgici salvavita per i bambini ricoverati all'Ospedale NPH Saint Damien.

La serata avrà inizio alle ore 19.30 e prevede Aperitivo, Cena, Dario Vergassola Show, Silent auction/Charity raffle draw, disco with dJ Luigi Palestini.

Questo è il quarto anno che la Scuola Internazionale di Roma sostiene il lavoro della Fondazione Francesca Rava; lo scorso anno grazie alle donazioni sono stati raccolti circa 33.000 € in sostegno del progetto 'Scuole di Strada'.

Rome International School (RIS) will be hosting a Charity Evening in aid of the St Damien Hospital in Port au Prince, Haiti. The 2013 Charity Evening will take place on Monday 10 June at the beautiful Casina di Macchia Madama, who have once again kindly donated the hire of the venue.

The event will commence at 19.30 and will include an aperitivo; a silent auction of RIS secondary students' artwork; an update from Mrs Mariavittoria Rava on the ongoing activities at the St. Damien Hospital; a raffle draw (featuring over 20 unique items generously donated by the raffle sponsors); live entertainment from the fantastic Mr Dario Vergassola; and finally a disco to conclude the evening!

This is the fourth year that Rome International School is supporting the work of the Francesca Rava Foundation. Last year, around €33,000 was raised from a Gala Dinner in aid of the ‘Scuole di Strada‘ project in Haiti.

Since 2010, Rome International School has supported the activities of the established NGO, the Francesca Rava Foundation, in Haiti in order to help improve and re-build the lives of children affected by the devastating earthquake in 2010. Rome International School has focused on education as a means for the Haitain children to rebuild their futures.

Booking & tickets

Donazione minima: € 80 a persona.

The minimum ticket to attend the evening is € 80 per person and the invitation can be extended to additional guests.
